I will never order from Pizza Hut in Delano MN again. I used online ordering and 2 of the 3 times I had to call anyway. They have no idea what the online specials are when you call them. The first time I ordered a special they had online. When checking out I was charged the full price. I called the Delano store to ask why I wasn't getting the sale price. The girl on the phone asked the same question over and over again. Did I click on the special tab? Over and over I told her that I had. The 2nd time turned out ok, but the 3rd time I order was a joke. They had a special for $5.99 large for a pick-up. We did not want to go get it, so we ordered delivery which came to a little over $18.00. We waited and waited and finally I called asking where our pizza was. The girl answering the phone said we were to pick it up. I asked why would we pay $18.00 to pick up a pizza when the special was $5.99? She said that they don't know what the online specials are. That makes sense because the 1st time I ordered a special and was charge full price. I ordered extra cheese but did not get the extra cheese either. The pizza was over baked as well.
