The sandwiches at Broma's Deli are fantastic, and their potato soup is a must-try. I was especially impressed by the club sandwich and the friendly service during my visit. While the staff could improve their organization during busy times, the food quality is consistently outstanding, making it a favorite in the area.

Bromas deli screwed up my order not o ce but twice. POOR customer service. I will NEVER EVER dine here or order food here again. Manager incompetent and not able to process refund to my card

Very good sandwiches. Pop in here for lunch about once a month when in McComb. Good value.

The food is great. The place I work orders take out almost every day. We use to have Broma's once or twice a week and average 5-10 orders each time. Each time we order we are either missising a side, the order is wrong even though the ticket clearly states the correct order or we are missing an entire entree. We decided to start checking the boxes before we left the resturant but we were told not once but three times to not check the orders that they were correct and we were holding up the line. Each time something is wrong. It has become a running joke on whose food is missing.

The food was great today but the cashier was very unfriendly. Didnt smile, didnt greet us, and when asked for more condiments, she rolled her eyes. I said havs a blessed day and she said nothing in return. She was not a people person at all.

Everything is ok,except when you call a order in,they will put you hold and never pick up the phone again, and whomever answers the phone is always in a rush to get you off the phone , is everyone in the kitchen and no one there to answer the phone, this has happen more than 4 times

I called in an evening order tonight, and I waited my 15 minutes and walked down there b/c I work in the mall and had a chance to grab some dinner. I get there, tell her my name and then Sanvannah tells me I placed it with Brookhaven and that my name is "Ron" and that I ordered chicken strips. (???) I said UMM NO, obviously my name is not Ron and I orderes a salad and water!! Then she proceeds to look behind her at the counter (where they put the to-go bags), look back and me then shrug her shoulders. REALLY!?! Thats customer service??? Not too pleased!! and the salad tasted old.

This deli has always been one of my favorite places to eat in Mccomb. It has undergone several changes in management and has now turned into one of my least favorite places to eat. I always order a salad and the lettuce is wilted, the dressing has been changed and isn't very good. Even the cookies aren't cooked thoroughly. I don't understand how this happens, but they don't fix it soon, they may be out of business.
