The food is exceptional, with my wife particularly enjoying the shrimp and grits while I savored the bacon cheeseburger and fries. The service was attentive and polite, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our visit. With generous portions and reasonable prices, this restaurant is an excellent choice for families or groups.

I won't even give them one star. I had eaten there before and enjoyed it so, I decided to have the same thing, Cajun Pasta with crawfish and shrimp. Yes, I added the shrimp because the menu stated an upcharge for extra meat of $2.00 for lunch and $3.00 for dinner. My understanding was there would be an extra change of $3.00. When I got the bill the upcharge was $10.95 NOT $3.00. I spoke with the waitress and manager and their reply was, "Well it's $7.95 for the shrimp and $3.00 for the sauce." They are deceiving their customers. A meal that was originally $18.95 ended up costing almost $30.00, ridiculous!!! Never again!!!

In the past we have thoroughly enjoyed going to City Limits Restaurant here in our hometown. BUT a few months ago we went and I ordered the chicken scampi...instead of getting fettucini noodles, it was served with spaghetti pasta leftover from their lunch menu of that day. The pasta was obviously rinsed after cooking and had no flavor remaining. The scampi sauce was fine but could not make up for the "rinsed spaghetti pasta".
Being of an optimistic mind, tonight we decided to give it a try again. February 14, 2011 we went there for our Valentine's date (we had gone there for the last 2 years; since our wedding so it seemed like a tradition) I really wanted the chicken scampi and discussed it with the waitress that the menu did specify fettucini pasta and was assured that it would be served that way. Only a few minutes later (we had not even received our salads yet) I recalled that mushrooms might be on it even though it was not specified in the menu. My husband talked with our waitress and she would check. As it turned out we were informed that the "chef" had already put the mushrooms in the sauce and I either had to take it with mushrooms or I could order something else. A few minutes later the waitress returned and assured us that the chicken scampi was being redone without the mushrooms. We shared the dish my husband had ordered and found it to be quite delicious; as we waited for the chicken scampi.
Then we were informed that Greg and Pam (I believe them to be the owners) were in the kitchen arguing over the menu concerning the mushrooms not being in the menu description of the dish.) This bothered me as I truly don't want to be the cause of strife. A few minutes later we found out that Greg had walked out in anger. The chicken scampi was not being prepared.
No, I didn't go hungry. My wonderful husband had already shared his dinner with me. But, I left in tears. As earlier stated, I don't like discord and I felt that I had caused it. I, inadvertently, forgot that mushrooms is served in that dish although if it was listed in the menu description I would have recalled it and asked for it to be left out.
I don't know if I will ever return to the City Limits restaurant. We have 2 daughters that love various dishes there and we have tried to treat them there on occasion as well as ourselves. But tonight will take a long time to get past.

Awesome! Fantastic menu -- something for everyone. Friendly staff -- we were greeted before the door shut behind us. Wonderful service -- and fast! Prices can't be beat. Food was too good (I think I hurt myself). Their chicken parmesan beat Olive Garden! Decor very nice. This restaurant is nearly 75 miles from where we live, but I know we will be making special trips over there just to eat at City Limits! Best restaurant experience I have had in a long time -- and I eat out a lot.
