Who knew the little town of Amory, MS would ever become the culinary envy of Northeast MS? With the opening of an original little place called "Oasis" that is what Amory HAS become. The best of authentic European flavor is what the Oasis serves, and it is served with originality and class. Pastas such as baked ziti, linguini alfredo, lasagna, premavera, and more...... Seafood such as shrimp, mahi mahi, tillapia, snapper, and more...... Steak, chicken, couscous, pizza, calzone, stromboli, and more...... Delicious appetizers such as crab cakes, Oasis shrimp, pita chips with spinach dip, cucumber dip, and hummus, and more......... All this prepared using authentic European and North African ingredients brought directly from Europe and Africa.
The atmosphere is just as original as the food served here, and the service is top notch! The wait staff is very attentive and professional! They also offer live music on Friday nights by local solo musician Mr. G.
Even though the Oasis is located within a dry county that does not prevent them from offering a wide range of beverages prepared in their own original way. They offer an assortment of coffees and non-alcoholic specialty drinks as well as sodas and tea.
They are open 6 days a week, Monday through Friday, and offer a delicious lunch buffet with soup, salad, and pastas!
Take it from a local... If you have not tried the Oasis you don't know what you are missing. If you are looking for a great original place in Northeast Mississippi to eat this is it!

The food at Oasis is excellent and fresh. Service is sometimes slow, but that is due to the individual preparation of many dishes. The atmosphere is special: walls are painted to look like a street scene in Europe, with a flower shop, the baker placing bread in his brick oven, etc. Oasis is a unique restaurant for the area and an excellent stop for any tour.
