In downtown Natchez, my search for authentic Thai cuisine led me to a bustling restaurant filled with the scents of spices and sizzling dishes. The tom yum soup surprised me with its unique twist, featuring baby corn, while the red curry delivered familiar warmth, though I found myself reaching for more chili to achieve the perfect heat. Amidst the lively atmosphere and a few service hiccups, the food truly shone, with generous portions and flavors that lingered long after the meal was over.
