Truly disappointed with this place! I have been coming and recommending here since they opened. I have been VERY satisfied with the food ,service, etc.... A little bite on the pocket book but thats understandable with seafood.
But tonight was a disaster from the word GO!!!
Waitress not knowing the menu, 🙄🙄🙄recommending sides that did not apply with what we order and NOT coming back to the table to let us know until she brought our food 30 minutes later.
Ordered the AYCE shrimp plate. Shouldn't they be ready it's AYCE???? Boiled shrimp
Then telling us there is NO kids buffet menu.
Really are you sure??? Can I speak with someone who can explain.
But there paper copy menu says 8- 12 $24.99. So manager comes to table says
OH yes we have a kids menu it's $29.99🤑🤑🤑

After tasting the shrimp they were to salty. Offered them to others that ordered the same if they wanted them.
I requested to change my order to the AYCE buffet can you adjust the bill ?? They denied it said because I had already eaten off the plate I would have to pay for both $19.99 and $39.99. But the AYCE buffet had the same boiled shrimp so what would be the difference.
There logic makes know since because the other in my party had the AYCE and they would have to bring them more anyway and if I could have eaten the shrimp (but couldn't) off the buffet anyway it would have been the same thing.
Very disappointed in the food, service. And the owner definitely needs P.R. training. I am a small business owner and would NEVER let my customer leave disappointed or dissatisfied!!!
In many eyes this is badd business!!!!

First time was yesterday. Was amazing! Couldn't even sample everything. Dungeness crabs was a first and will be a regular. Will not miss the gumbo next time
