During a spontaneous BBQ adventure in Mississippi, I discovered a hidden treasure at a gas station and convenience store. The pre-packaged barbecue, including the chicken, ribs, and smoked sausage, exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to go back for brisket after 6:00 PM.
