The food at Swiss Inn was fantastic, especially the Big Swiss steak sandwich, which exceeded my expectations. The ambiance of the restaurant was charming and nostalgic, reminding me of the good old days, and the service was friendly and efficient despite a minor mistake with our order.

The food was terrible, the burger and fries were overcooked and inedible. The quantities are small and expensive for what you get. Very unfriendly service.

Tried to eat here today. People were rude. Paid around $4 for a burger that I didn't even leave with. Nor was I given a refund. Very dissatisfied in every regard. Have one last word for this business. Karma.
