I enjoyed a delicious lunch here with friends, where the pies, desserts, fries, and chicken were all standout dishes. The friendly servers and reasonably priced menu made for a pleasant dining experience. As a local regular, I appreciate the homey feel and consistently good food at this local diner/cafe.

This is a great restaurant with a wide variety of choices. They have wonderful salads, entrees, specials, pies etc. You won't be disappointed! I have eaten at the Apple Basket several times when I was in Macon for a show at the Maples Repertory Theatre.
