I always make sure to check the days Bills is open before flying back to Missouri from the West Coast, a true testament to the nostalgia and quality of their food. Planning a visit to my hometown around a single meal at Bills is a risk worth taking, given the delicious flavors reminiscent of childhood. The new location at the old catfish warf still delivers the same great food, making Bills a must-try for any BBQ enthusiast.
