Best Chinese restaurant around! They have awesome lunch specials, the best crab rangoons I've ever had, the pricing is great, and they give you a lot of food!

Ordered General TSO chicken and it had a very strong taste, like it was old. I was very disappointed and will never return.

Been ordering here for years.. And tonight was by far the worst customer service I have ever received from them.. Their cs has been on a down hill spiral for some time.. Anyway, I find it very ignorant and insane that upon my checkout the gentleman wanted to blatantly argue with me about their online menu.. This was an issue that he brought up about my call-in order.. Leave well enough alone dumbass!! I was fine with my order, I know what the menu online read and it clearly didn't read the same as your house menu.. Not my problem- it's yours.. And it should be fixed, not argued about with any customer.. TOTAL @$$holes. I will never order again... #hellolamsgarden

I ordered on 12-14-13 @ 5:55. I was told it would be 15 minutes and arrived at 6:10 to wait in line behind 7 people for 20 minutes. I hot my food and drove home, about 3 minutes away, to find my all of my food cold, rubbery, and no flavor! There was no flavor in the sauce for the spicy garlic chicken! I called and asked for the manager or owner and the guy pretended to be the manager. It was VERY obvious he was not. He was rude and told me I had two choices; to come back and he'd make me new food or get my money back. On a Saturday night, I have plans, so I chose to get my money back! I've never had any complaints before, however this is all it took for me to NEVER return! This place doesn't deserve one star, but unfortunately I didn't have an option!

Food was ready to go when I got there but when I got it home it tasted like crap it was dry and hardly no sauce on sesame chicken and the sauce was nasty anyway.

Ate here 5-10-13. Ordered honey chicken and ate in. The sauce was a brown hot braised chicken tasting sauce. Tasted nothing like honey. When I asked if it was honey they said yes it was honey sauce. The breading on the chicken was undercooked because the sauce soaked into it immediately and all the breading fell off the chicken into a gelatinous pile of unedible goo. When I pointed this out and asked for a different dish they refused. So I left the full dish on the table, $8 poorer, but much wiser. I will never return here. They obviously care nothing about customer satisfaction.
