During our girls lake weekend, we visited The Dam and were pleasantly surprised by the food. Despite a smoky environment, the friendly staff and lakeside location made for an enjoyable experience.

We wanted to give a shout out for the Dam Resturant. Saturday { January 18 } we celebrated our mom's 90th birthday. There were 33 of us and we had great service, the food was great and we had a great waitress. We would recommend this resturant for great food and service. Thanks again

The Dam bar by Walmart:
Can only give a rating of one or I would give a zero.
Got kicked out because a lady from another group, playing pool, wanted to know about any other bar that had different music or a band, told them about another bar that did have a band that night, apparently, the bar back/waitress, over heard/eas dropped, came and said I was barred for having a conversation with another customer about the band... which they weren't even interested in seeing, and she threatend to call 911 because I didn't gather up all my stuff within the first 30 seconds and rushed out the door. The bar back put her hand on me to, I guess, force me out the door before I even grabbed all my stuff and completely freaked out and acted like I punched her right in the face when I waved her hand away. Completely over the top, couldn't believe it. Never in my life have I ever been treated the way that these business owners have treated me. Totally shocked at their level of unprofessionalism. Me being a paying customer, that, between me and my out of town friends, bring in about 25% of their business in a single weekend... at least, it just boggles my mind that they would treat me or anybody else that way, its completely abseard.
