THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME BACK SINCE IT WENT TO "DRIVE THRU"! OVER
THE YRS. WE ALWAY ATE THERE. ALL SEATING WAS FULL! WENT THROUGH AND THE
SPEAKER WAS "HORRIBLE"! THEN TAKE OUT WAS "WHAT THE HELL! NO LID'S TO BE ABLE
TO GET IT HOME......JUST TOSSED IT AS I LIKE A CLEAN CAR.... BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER
IN PAST YRS......DRIVE THRU---NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered and paid for over $20.00 in ice cream; got home and order was incorrect. I called in to speak to a manager and was told to call back in 2 minutes because they had to serve a car. When I refused that, and stated again that I wanted to speak to a manager about my incorrect order given, the girl hung up on me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! YOU HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I AM SURPRISED YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS AT ALL.
