I pulled in tonight ordered a quarter pounder with cheese Large fries and a strawberry shake. I went right in to line and had one in front to pay. From that point on I sat in line 15 minutes to finally get to pick up my food. # cars ahead of me mind you. It took another 5 minutes at the second window, where I look into the window and see my bag of food on the counter 3 BOYS Playing in the front end with another male customer. They were joking and laughing and having a great time as I waited now almost 20 mins for my meal I told the girl "You definitely take the fast out of fast food"
I drive to my house approx 5 blocks in town go inside open up this bag I have been waiting for to see a Half full box of french fries which were cold not even warm, and my box for my quarter pounder. No napkin no receipt!!
I bite in to my burger and it tasted like it was an hour old or so. I wonder how even a Mc Donalds can stay in business operation like that. NEVER will I eat there again .

We've eaten at this Mt. Vernon McDonald's location many times, however, on May 2, 2014 we walked in just before twelve noon and there was no one else waiting to be served, but it was excessively noisy in there. I would call the noise level absolutely horrendous! The poor guy who was taking orders could not hear us. We had to actually YELL at each other to be heard and we were just across the counter from each other. That was the noisiest crew I have ever heard. They were yelling back and forth at each other. Then there was the very noisy machine RIGHT NEXT to us at the order counter. It was just awful!!!
After we got our food we sat down at a booth and the noise level was so high that my sister and I were having trouble hearing each other. It was hard to visit.
There were several crew members who were the biggest offenders and the rest of the crew looked very stressed. You could see it on there faces. I blame THAT crew, because we have been in there on other occasions when it's been a lot busier and the noise level has not been that bad.
I hope someone with authority reads this and goes in there and investigates that crew.
