My husband and I ate at Pat's Steakhouse a month ago. We had been looking forward to their opening for sometime. We were very disappointed with our meals. My husband ordered a steak which had no seasoning, no flavor nor charcoal grilled. We thought it would be much better because Pat's is a "Steakhouse". My fried shrimp were so-so, tasted like the ones you get at the grocery store. Our French fries were basically undercooked, neither crisp nor browned and with a rubberlike texture. Definitely way undercooked. I'm sure most people prefer them to be crisp. The salad bar was basically lettuce, croutons and salad dressing; those being the only choices. We were thinking it would have been much better. I'm not sure if this poor experience was because they just opened but they will need much improvement if they expect their restaurant to succeed.
