Mandy and her team at this family-owned restaurant serve up the best ranch dressing in town - it's a must-try! The fried portobello mushrooms are absolutely delicious, and my husband and I can never resist splitting the prime rib on weekends. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the wait staff is friendly and efficient, even when it gets busy.

Have been going to Rick's Lincoln for 30 plus years, THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT, SERVED QUICKLY, THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS POLITE AND SERVED QUICKLY. THE SALAD IS SO GOOD, I GO THERE, FOR ONE OF THE REASONS, LASTLY THE EXCEPTIONAL FOOD. THE TABLES ARE ALWAYS CLEAN. IT IS NOT A FIVE STAR RESTAURANT, BUT THE FOOD, AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS EXCELLENT.

THE STAFF AND NO ONE IS DRUNK WHENEVER WAITING ON YOU. VERY POLITE, AND NICE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I WAVE WHEN COMING IN, AND LEAVING AND THEY ALWAYS WAVE BACK AND DO THE SAME COMING AND GOING OUT. THANK YOU RICKS LINCOLN INN FOR GOOD SERVED AND BEING SO NICE FOR OVER 30 YEARS. THE OLD BUILDING BURNT DOWN AND THEY HAVE SINCE REBUILT, AND HAVE NEW STAFF WHO BOUGHT THIS LAST YEAR. LOVE IT!!!

I give zero stars. The place is well below standard in customer service. The manager was rude not to mention drunk. The floors were dirty as well as the tables. Perhaps the health department should thoroughly inspect premises and test critical control areas as well as the HACCP standards being upheld. I suspect cross contamination with chicken being mixed into pork barbeque. Not a good experience. Consider yourself warned.
