This Chinese restaurant offers delicious house special noodles with chicken that are a must-try. Despite the usual busy atmosphere and longer wait times, the authentic flavors and generous portions make it worth the visit. The friendly staff and welcoming environment add to the overall positive dining experience.

The BEST around. BEST egg fu Yung and fried rice. We moved down to sw MO and miss this place so so much. Headed up their today and will be ordering to take back down. Branson Chinese food totally sucks. This place rules

The owners, husband and wife, are always nice and courteous. and just by chance have the BEST food in Hillsboro!
I have been going to them for over 10 years and have NEVER had a disappointing meal!

I order ahead and their food is always hot and ready when I arrive. I order their lunch specials and there's always enough for my lunch and dinner. Because of my husband's dietary restrictions I have to ask that they do not use salt or monosodium glutenate, they always remember to fill that request, and it is still just as good. I won't go anywhere else when I want Chinese food.

This is my favorite hidden treasure in Hillsboro! They make the best beef and broccoli that I have ever had. Owners are great people and keep the place clean and work to keep customers happy! If your in the area, don't miss it!

Despite having lived in Hillsboro for years, I never noticed this place, nestled between the tax office and the adoption agency. My husband actually noticed it, so today--after I scoured every review I could find online--we tried it.
Every review was right. The owners are good people, the wife is sweet as can be, and the place, although small, was definitely one of the cleanest places I've ever seen. We ordered the lunch combinations of sesame chicken and orange chicken (which come with fried rice and the choice of two crab rangoon or one egg roll) and the total with tax was $12.82--no drinks since we got it to take home, but while we waited the owner's wife offered us some water on the house. She really is kind.
I've had a lot of Chinese food from a lot of places--Arkansas, Missouri, California, Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico.. Out of every state and every place, I have NEVER had fried rice as good as this place. The flavor was so amazingly good that I was surprised. So this is what it should taste like!
Everything was fresh and delicious and we'll definitely come again! The only thing I would change about my visit, had I known how good it was, is that I would have ordered more for leftovers.

Just moved to Hillsboro and so happy that we found this restaurant. Hands down the best Chinese food that we have ever had. The egg rolls are awesome!

I have been eating here for 18 years,I love this place Excellent food, service, an amazing owners. A wife an husband team ... The egg drop soup is yummy everything is homade except pot stickers. Paul is awesome an it is so inviting Jeannie is so sweet .. Not too mention The Cleanist Restaurant n Jefferson County I love this place an Love Jeannie an Paul Please visit them

Siam Express has ALWAYS had AMAZINGLY great service and the best variety of great tasting food. If you're craving some delicious Thai, Asian Cuisine, then I only have 2 words for you Siam Express!
