We visited Steak and shake last week. We ordered 2-double cheese burgers , we had requested barbecue sauce on our burgers along with the regular items that comes on them. fries, with 1-medium root beer, with extra barbecue sauce for our fries, to go. When we opened our burgers , there wasn't any barbecue sauce on the burgers or any extra sauce packets as we requested! One burger didn't even have any cheese on it! The prices for their food is extremely high! $$$$$$ This is inexcusable

If I could I would give zero I've tried to eat there three times since the whole covid shut down this was the last straw extremely rude they don't care whatsoever the food I was handed was so disgusting and wasn't even right then they made me go back through the drive-thru line again only to chastise me saying I should have ordered this in the first place when I did try to eat the food the burger I got a mushroom and Swiss same thing I always get the bottom bun you couldn't even pick it up it was so wet disgusting! Manager was in the parking lot tried to take my issues to her and she wanted to get an attitude will not go back there again would recommend nobody else does either!
