e here all the time. Definitely kid friendly. Even has a drive thru, however, I will have to say that it does take time for drive thru because if there are two employees, they have to get whichever customer orders first, which may take a bit if they have four or more sandwiches. They will explain this too, and they are very polite. They will try their best to help you. They are people who will yell at them for doing their job, or they will yell at them or bang on the window, frightening them, if they are only about a few minutes from taking the order through the drive thru. The rest of the day they are rattled. The new store opened up in November 2019, and they seem to be doing a great job, especially when I come in at nights. Super friendly, very apologetic for the wait, and they try their best. Also, if they over crisp the bread, let them know. Apparently, their machines have been updated to longer settings. At least that is what I've been told. I would recommend the turkey Italiano, the chicken bacon ranch, and steak, but if you want seasoning, get Sub Spice on it before you toast. If you have them put garlic oil on the bread first then toast with meat and spices, it's like garlic bread.

They try really hard, but they get really busy. Sometimes the wait in drive thru can be 15 mins, but they explain it is because sometimes only one person can do drive thru during rushes, and mobile orders come through with regular customers, so only one person can help get orders on drive thru, so they take the order of the person with 1-whatever, and have to get it done, wash their hands and reglove, and then take yours. If the front is busy, one person will start the order, another will finish it. Sometimes they can have someone work the register, but sometimes they say that only two work during certain hours. Very polite, and they will try everything in their power to help you.
