I rarely EVER leave reviews online but, we ordered breakfast on 8/5/17. It was a pretty good sized order...
KC City strip steak with two scrambled eggs and toast.
A full stack of blueberry pancakes with two orders of sausage links and two over easy eggs.
Ozarks sampler
Two biscuits with gravy, two over easy eggs and a side of bacon.
Our order totalling $41 and some change.
We got home with our order only to find that the order of bacon and two over easy eggs were missing. There was only one side of sausage links, and the full stack of pancakes was actually a short stack.
I called the manager and tried to explain what happened, only to have been greeted with rude interruptions as I was trying to explain what was wrong. The phone call ended before he even knew what had really happened with our order.
Essentially, we paid for items we did not get, and this is a shame because we are locals and go there quite often in support of local business. We will not be back.
