WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR ANY FOOD TO APPEAR AND WHEN IT DID WAS COLD AND DRY. ASKED FOR A MANGER.IT TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES FOR HIM TO APPEAR.HE BASICALLY SAID ALTHOUGH THE RESTAURANT WAS BASICALLY EMPTY THEIR PRIORITY WAS A LARGER PARTY. STAY AWAY AS THIS IA RESTAURANT IN DECLINE. BEWARE!!!!!!

The experience I had at Bonefish Grill in Mobile was so bad it was almost unbelievable. My party made a reservation over a month in advance and still waited over an hour to be seated. That in itself, is ridiculous. The night got progressively worse as it took over 20 minutes just to get menus. It took and hour to get our food and our food came out randomly and half the orders were incorrect, the other half were served cold. The server was unbelievably rude and to top it all of, they literally stole from us. A young lady in my party left her shoes(at 11:00 closing time because it took that long to get in and served after our 7:30 reservation wasn't honored) and the next day we went to recover them and they "could not be found". Never in my life have I experienced service that bad. I wouldn't give them a dime of my business again. 1 star is too high.
