Every time I come there, the managers always nasty, the nasty is rude as managers I ever talked to, they talk to the employees like they don't matter employees that don't do anything, they treat them like gold, the lady on the stove she's always on the stove where the 2 Afro puffs she's always nice always smiling and they talk, they talk to her, treat her like crap, every time I come there, the food is good, the service sucks the management sucks, who taught them how to be managers they peopleskills sucks, I don't see how they come to work mad or angry. Every day, it take it out on the customers or employees. It amazes me that they hire anybody and put them in management positions when they can't even control their anger

I like to say that I eat at Roger's BBQ twice, sometimes 3 times a week on my lunch right when I come there either on my lunch record, getting off work, I always regret it with a rude welcome whoever works the register, they always have nasty attitudes, everybody that worked that casters to have a nasty attitude, the managers sit here and talk about inappropriate stuff, they talk about stuff with other staff members in front of us customers, I don't understand how they are managers if they're sitting here talking about other employees. I guess coups, they managers, they think they better than others, there's no team work in that building at all, go into person, are cooked in anything, I just sit back and watch and listen, every time I come there, these people are crazy in the seem like it's only women that work there, and all of these women have nasty attitudes, this on that cash register, they got to be crazy.only reason I come to Rogers at grown up coming here, eating there every day and I love the food, hello
