The female workers are rude and I don't know if they do it on purpose, but the 2 times that I order for delivery they say it will be an hour. Then I call to check on it after 1.5 hours because it hasn't arrived and they say they don't have any "info", but the person that took the order asked for the name, address and phone number. I guess since they get paid hourly they don't care if the food gets wasted.

Went in today 4/18/19, ordered a small pepperoni with bacon thin crust and a salad. First, the salad bar was not well stocked I'm sorry to say, I was able to make a salad but some of the items looked like they had been there all day. The pizza very very greasy and sadly burnt on the bottom. Also it took almost an hour for the pizza. One of the ladies had to ask if I were waiting on a pizza after I had been waiting for almost an hour. I am writing this review not to complain, but to educate. I have managed many resturants from the US to China. My suggestion is to check the dining room before an hour has passed. I was the only one waiting for a pizza. The place was empty of customers except for me. It wasn't really busy on the phones nor was everyone running around cooking pizza. I noticed that most of the workers were let's say mature, I hope for a higher level of customer service from someone nearer my age. So the lack of attention can not be blamed on the youth. If you are going to have salads to go, please ensure the salad bar is Stocked and fresh, or just have it for the lunch crowd. Sorry if this review is harsh, I just would have expected more from this place with it being under new management. The last owners were by far much much worse. I am sorry to say that I will have to look for a thin crust pepperoni and bacon pizza somewhere else.
