Thanksgiving Dinner was enjoyable, featuring a variety of delicious dishes such as turkey, ham, casseroles, pies, and rolls. The cake I ordered for a birthday celebration was perfect, with helpful assistance from Pam at the bakery department in selecting the right size, flavor, and design.

I have eaten there many times and bought quite a bit of there prepared meals. The food is delicious. I've always been treated extremely well. So I will give a 5 star rating on the food and the customer service.

I work there and,we take pride in our customer service if these people who had these reviews think that we are not there to help them,They probably are people who didn't know what they want. we try to help them ,they don't understand what we're talkin about.There are times we are busy and can't get back to them as fast as they want . I'm sorry they feel this way. Just be patient like we have to be.We have some of the best customers and we appreciate every one of them.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. They are impossible to reach. We have been calling them as well as going by the store to get a simple price quote for 6 weeks now. Not only have we been accused of never dropping off the menu (later retracted once he found the menu we left) but we have not received the quote after 6 weeks!! They will not return calls.
If you have an important event, do not trust this vendor at all.

The food is great here but they need to really work on customer service. I was placing an order over the phone and I could tell that the people I was talking to were a little annoyed by my ignorance of how things work at their place of business. I felt stupid for never having dealt with them before.
