Driving through the small town of Jordan, Montana, I stumbled upon Summit Corral, a welcoming and family-oriented restaurant visible from the road. The rustic lodge atmosphere combined with a blue collar setup made for a comfortable dining experience. Despite the basic salad, the mushroom swiss burger was a standout, and chatting with locals about my journey to Alaska added a special touch to my visit.
