When it comes to Bow and Marrow you have to know what foods to order. A lot of the food doesn't have much flavor. If I order food with avocado, it is sliced, unripe, and hard. I've had that happen a few times. The food prep people should be better trained in catching things like that. The Caprese dip is excellent though. I think with an improvement in the quality and taste of the food, it would be 5 stars in my opinion. The mixed drinks are also very good but a little pricey. The atmosphere is amazing, which justifies some of the prices. The servers I've experienced have been very kind and accommodating.

We went there for my moms birthday and they immediately treated us with disrespect when we walked in. We reserved a spot and they shoved us in a tiny corner and put two chairs on the side when their were big booths that were open! We ordered captain 7 and we got straight up rum and water mixed together! Then we ordered our food which took 1 hours and a half and it was almost empty in the place! The macaroni and cheese didn't have any taste at all, but the burger was good. I wouldn't suggest coming here.
