I enjoyed a delicious chicken fried steak breakfast here, and despite the end-of-season wait, the food was well worth it. The outdoor deck offered a lovely view of the river, and the friendly staff made the experience even better, especially after a long day exploring Yellowstone.

Don't eat the pulled pork apsolutely worst meal I have ever had, service was very poor and when the waitress came I told her how bad it was and she brought me the check and didn't seem to care that the food was bad .which was 59.00 for 2 drinks 2 sandwiches and fries do yourself a favor and don't go

A friend of mine and I ate out on the patio of the Iron Horse a couple of weeks ago. We noticed a sign on the building facing out towards the patio that dedicated the "Saloon" to the owner's dad.

We are trying to recall the full text in the dedication. Does anyone know or recall all that it said?
