The hot wings at this place are truly delicious, with just the right amount of spice and sauce. However, the service can be a bit slow due to being short-staffed. Despite the appearance of the establishment, the wings and sandwich were flavorful and satisfying. Overall, the food quality is excellent, but the customer service could use improvement.

I went Tuesday night and ordered mild wings, usually they are good. That night, they were terrible. I received the wrong wings with black pepper all over it, dried up and not meaty. Had no celery nor dressing. It was terrible, and more than that, they made me physically sick all night long. I went back and told the manager/owner and she refused to give me a refund of only $10. She said I needed to have the food. Well, that is ridiculous. I had eaten the crappy wings and it was all in the garbage. I informed her that was poor customer service, and that I was reporting them to the health department. Nothing should make a person be so sick to their stomach as a bunch of dried up wings. I was very disappointed and will never go back there again!!!
