This old Beaubien dive maintains a sense of tranquility amidst the occasional sounds of coins and winning machines in the background, appearing resilient under the increased activity brought on by Pop Montreal. The bar staff, particularly the seasoned Quebecoise bar back, adeptly managed the bustling atmosphere with a smile, efficient service, and friendly banter, making the experience enjoyable. The Fixture records showcase showcased a unique blend of DIY electro music, successfully navigating the complexities of live sound without the technical issues encountered at other venues earlier in the evening.
