I discovered a charming bistro nestled away on a quiet street in Ste. Adele. Despite dining solo, the staff made me feel at ease right away. Seated outdoors, I savored a glass of wine while indulging in arancini and mushroom risotto encased in a crispy shell with homemade mayo. The wine selection was diverse, not limited to the usual suspects, and complemented my beef cheeks perfectly. The white chocolate ice cream dessert with a dark chocolate shell was the ultimate sweet finale to a memorable meal. This bistro set the bar high for the rest of my vacation dining experiences.
