As a food truck enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover a local food truck run by a longtime acquaintance, serving creatively reimagined classics. The self-taught chef transforms fresh, local ingredients into dishes that rival those found in upscale restaurants, and after trying the tacos and the incredible chicken and veggie special, I can't wait to seek out this truck again on my next visit.
