GREAT FOOD, but the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered delivery online, after 1.5 I called to find out they never had my order - manager seemed to care less and I cancelled my order. Decided to give them a second chance 1 week later. After 1.5 hours again I called to see where my food was and was told it was on the way, left 5 minutes ago. After 30 minutes went by I called back and they did not have my order. Worst of all, they said they could no longer deliver it either. I said I would pick it up but could arrive until exactly 8pm (when they close) and they said they couldn't place my order then. So didn't get food that day either. Worst of all, they told me there was no manager at the store that night and a women grabbed the phone from whomever I was speaking with and told me "to stop harrassing her employees" and hung up on me. Its unfortunate because I was upset yes ( but look at the circumstances) - truly though I've worked in customer service 10 years and I wasn't that bad at all. Called to complain to the Southgate store - since the Garden City store didn't seem to care. Was told the actual "Joey" would get it and they had this complaint before about Garden City. Never heard back. ALso submitted a complaint online on their website, never heard back. BE WARNED..NEVER EAT HERE! They were so rude and mean to me they almost had me in tears!
