OH BOY!! Where do I start! So I went through the drive though to get my food. Then got home realized I didn’t get half of my food. So I went up there and told them that they missed half of my order. Then I realize they never gave me my receipt. At this point the manager KIARA (however you say her name) continued to say we can’t do anything without a receipt. Even though I tried to tell her I never got one she continued to interrupt me until finally couldn’t take it anymore. My fiancé called them afterwards asking for her name since she was being rude and we pretty much lost $10 worth of food. She refused to give him her name since “it wasn’t our business and hung up on him. He called back to try to get her name and she answered with “I SAID BYEEEEE”. Then eventually we were able to verify her name through another employee there. Honestly I was just so amazed at how rude this woman was with us. Unfortunately we had to pay another $10 and we went to another location to get the rest of our food. IF your ever in this area I HIGHLY recommend East Alton location they were so kind and I will definitely be going there from now on.
