I had been going to Andres food truck for months. Loved it! But in the past 3 weeks it has gone completely down hill. They have a new staff. You got a cocky 19 year old in charge of preparing the ribs who can't cut rib slabs down to tips worth a lick. So you end up with maybe 3 eatable little lean tip pieces if your lucky. The rest is just slop, hard uneatable fat grizzle and bones with hack marks in them, evident that he is not properly trained to break down the meat or maliciousness if you ask me, because I got major attitude when I was there. A new girl with glasses at the register acted like I interrupted her peaceful bubble or something. She rolls her eyes and goes to say something in the cooks ear. I get an uneasy feeling about this place now. I will not go back until they get back friendly staff and experienced rib preparers that I can trust.
