The food and service were fantastic! Finally decided to stop after seeing the busy parking lot for years, and it did not disappoint. The waitress was friendly, the meals were fresh, and the prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be back for more delicious meals in that cozy, homey setting.

Every time I go, I have good service. Waitresses are very friendly and try to seat you as soon as possible. The food is ALWAYS good. Check out their homemade desserts.

service seems to be improving now since they seem to have staff that isn't rude and nasty anymore. Hope it continues because the food was good but service was bad

The food was great with the exception to the apple pie. It was disappointing. Apples not quite done but crust over done and could not eat.

We've been going to JJ's for many years and the food and service are 99% great!!! I didn't 100% because we all can make a mistake once in a while :) I would, and do, recommend JJ's to friends and family.
For the record, we are not related to anyone that works there.....
Keep up the great work JJ's!!!! :)

Didn't get what I ordered. Waitress was rude saying that's the way we always make it. Don't wast your money on this place.

For the 10th time our take-out orders were not correct. Even when eating in the order was wrong. You don't get what you order. I will never recommend this place to anyone.We are so disappointed!!!

My friend and I went to JJ Ruby's last night. The place was packed!!!! With only 2 tables left in the whole restaurant. We had a GREAT waitress, GREAT food and VERY QUICK SERVICE .
We are looking forward to eating at their new restaurant in Breckenridge. Good Luck Julie and Rob.

This is the BEST place around Ithaca to eat........It's clean and a very pleasant atmosphere. I advertise this place to everyone !!!!!..........Thanks for such a nice place to eat.

I dont like ther food , because they try and copy cat the country chef cafe , ther fish and chips is the same as country chef , less portion more money , the burgers are the same bun but not near as good as the meat the chef usees in Ithaca ,

The food is excellent and the waitress's are always helpful. Keep your cup or glass full as you want it. Good portions of food, if you go home hungry you didn't clear your plate.
