Just because this place is in the Congress Hall does not mean it's automatically great. In fact, this place does not come close to good. Really, The entire operation is poorly mismanaged, I have rarely seen food abused like this, and you'll also pay a lot to experience this train wreck.The wait staff is just OK, The "Cooks" need to go back to doing whatever it was they did last week before they decided to become cooks. Great atmosphere, on site, valet and meter parking. There is a full service bar and you'll pay a lot for that too.

This was a dissappointment. We visited on Mother's Day. The food was not up to par. The gteen bean soup was a broth with no flovor, as was the pasta with seafood. The fish and chips consisted of a pound of french fries (not chips the way the English make them) the battered fish was one small filet. We were extremenly unhappy-the restaurant seems to have gone downhill in food and appearance. What a shame..in 2008 the rating was GREAT. There also was table of people palying cards while they ate.
