Staff here are so friendly, service is quick, and the food is amazing. I couldn't get enough of the posole, tacos, and enchiladas during my four-day visit. The red chile was my favorite, but the green chile was also tasty. The breakfast tacos with eggs, potatoes, and cheese on flour tortillas were a standout dish in Ruidoso.
