We have been regulars at Mike and Joes since they opened at their old location. My family orders from here once a week minimum. Always love their food (and they always have a great attitude, especially the woman behind the counter). Tonight I placed a takeout order and when my fiancí©e got home it was the wrong order-no big deal at all. I called and a girl answered and she remembered my order. I explained that it was the wrong one and it was untouched. She not once apologized, asked if I wanted the replacement order. I asked if I could bring it back and get my original order. I go back and they take what ended up being someone else's order (again, no apology that I had to come back here to get the correct order, just a bunch of kids on their phones behind the counter). I took my new order and left. It's really simple to lose repeat customers by a lack of any apology, any sincerity. It's like I inconvenienced them by them giving me the wrong order and having to drive back there and have it replaced. With so many pizzerias in town my family will find somewhere else to not only order from but to tell others to order from. Also worth mentioning, they gave me someone else's order, why on earth would they take it back after it came back to my house?
