Be sure to inform your waitress about any allergies you may have, as they are eager to provide suitable alternatives. The food is consistently excellent, and the crispy breaded chicken is a standout dish, along with the must-try orange chicken. With a variety of vegetarian options and friendly service, this restaurant has become my go-to for Chinese cuisine, and I look forward to returning.

My wife and I just left Zhang's in N. Ogden, I ordered the Schezwan CRISPY Beef The meal came out. I tried the crispy beef. It was so crisp it tasted like pork rinds/Chicharrónes there was no meat to speak of. I told the waitress how it tasted, real crispy over cooked and no meat, she said that's the way this meal is it has real thin meat. I said I have had this meal before, and the meat is a lot thicker. I tried to eat the meal, but I couldn't I left 3/4 on the plate I ate my rice shrimp and egg roll, the owner wouldn't come out to see what my issue was. The young person that cashed us out asked my wife how was the meal? She told him we weren't impressed and explained what the meal was like. I won't be back.

I would give zero stars if I could!
I have been a customer of Zhang's since it opened. I ordered three meals and paid nearly $40.00. I placed a to-go order at the restaurant. They got my order wrong and I am fine with a mistake… The female owner treated me like crap. I ordered the Broccoli and Beef combo dinner and received the A la carte. The owner justified it by saying that I was only charged for the A la carte meal. She asked me if I wanted to pay the extra and I said that I was fine with it as long as get the correct food. She then told me that if I don’t see the soup in the box and then I should know my order is wrong. I told her that the root cause of this issue is their listening skills. My orders are generally wrong when the son takes my order. I was in a hurry tonight… I told the owner that I was very discouraged by her customer service skills and she basically told me not to come back with a scram wave of her hand. I told her up front that I was going to write a review and she did not care. She needs to learn that it is the customers who keep her open and successful and that can change real quick… Customers are always right. would give zero stars if possible!

I have been going there since they first opened and have loved it! I have never felt screwed over in there prices until last time I went. My husband and I got the szechwan chicken. First it was over cooked and tasted like it was cooked in old dirty oil. Second thing it was very bland. Third we asked for more sauce with more spice to hide the flavor of the chicken the waitress brought us both a cup of extra szechwan sauce that had a little more flavor and slightly more kick. Fourth and last we were charged $4 for each extra cup of sauce. That is $8 extra for a crappy meal that we were not happy with in the first place then we are charged extra for more crappy sauce when we were trying to fix the flavor . I will never go there again.

food is delicious service is awesome very friendly!!!! highly recommend!!!!! love it!! Ive had Chinese all over the country and all over the world! Zangs is pretty good!!!!!!

For somewhere close in North Ogden to get chinese food, it's decent food for the price. We usually order take out though. Of course, as in any place you go you will like certain things better than others. I like the Szechuan chicken myself, and chicken low mien for the kiddos.

The service was good and my boyfriend liked the food. I know as a vegetarian most people disregard my desire to have a healthy tasty meal, but frankly, their vegetarian options (all two of them) was hugely disappointing. I got the sauteed asparagus and it tasted like it was in a beef broth. Greasy and nasty! Sorry, but as a vegetarian who likes to eat out with her non-vegetarian husband, I won't be back. No decent salad or soup options that didn't contain meat or meat by-products. Even the desert had pudding which undoubtedly contained gelatin. Don't worry though, my husband will eat there without me I'm sure. He liked it!

We waited a long time for our meals to come out and it wasn't as good as the last two times were. The server was overwhelmed with a lot of tables and our service wasn't great. It'll be a long for us to go back again.

My family eats out about once a month, every time my kids opt for Zhangs. Food is great, If you know how picky kids are you know the food has to be good or they will not eat it. We spend over 80 dollars every time, I will not spend that unless it was good.

This is the best chinese food that i have ever tried. I recomend this place, the have a realy good service, everything is very clean, the food is amazing!!!!!!!

TO THE LAST PERSON THAT COMMENTED THAT IS BULL THERE FOOD IS VERY GOOD THE PRICE IS NOT BAD AT ALL BECAUSE YOU GET NICE SIZED PORTIONS.. YOU PROB. HAVENT EVEN BEEN THERE AND ARE JUST WASTING YOUR TIME ONLINE POSTING LIES ABOUT BUSSINESS GET A LIFE ZHANGS IS AWESOME THEY HAVE DELICIOUS FOOD.

Paid $40 for 3 meails and food was worse than what you get a mall food court. Chicken cashew, Beef with brocolli, and Sesame Chicken all tasted the same - all you could taste was the way too salty brown sauce the dishes were smothered in. Stir fried rice tasted like it was left over from lunch. Egg rolls were stale. Worst Chinese I've had in a long time.
