Ordered just six wings the cashier Cherih had problems ringing up the price of the six wings.I also ordered one small drink $1.99 a large mash/gvy $3.00 and six regular chicken wings first total was over 20 dollars I said that can't be right for just six wings how much for each wing she said $2.50 I said what , she said you also get a biscuit with them, O Boy, I told her I did not won't any biscuits, but she stated I would have to order a 4pc chicken biscuit meal for $5.60 I said, so how much for two more wings ? you would have to order a 2pc chicken deal to get the other two wings for $5.50 and then the total would be $17.95 , OK I payed for them, should of walked away then. Got them, and the ask for some Pepper so she grabbed two and threw them on my tray with some Anger in her face, I said to her, could you spare a few more peppers and she threw two more of them down on my tray very rudely, I had four peppers, now, I ask again for some more pepper, got two more, give up getting any pepper at this time. took my tray and sat down and started eating my wings, they were very small and very greasy, they were old had been in the warming tray for hours maybe , looking a my receipt I realize she had charged me for the small drink, I return to the counter and I said you charged me for a 4pc chicken and 2pc chicken meals,don't I get a drink with that ??, and her reply was no drink comes with the wings, I talked to the Manager about this and she was very rude to me, would not give me her name, did not care , it was my problem because that's how I had ordered the wings told her that I was going to contact KFC about this and she said we are a Independent store not part of the KFC Corporation go ahead in so many words they won't do anything because this store was an Independent. I am a Senior citizen and I was just shocked how this Manager treated me, she had no people skills and just did not care about the input from me, At the time of this incident there was only one other customer in the store , time of meal was 1:51 PM 12/16/2019

Although the chicken tenders garnished with Nashville Hot sauce were good, the chicken breasts are much better; juicier and saucier. I only gave ONE STAR because the biscuits are KFC’s signature feature besides the changing chicken menu. The biscuits were dry and rock hard unlike true southern style flaky biscuits. Hope they get their act together or I’m not going back.
