Good food, but SUPER slow. Don't even bother trying to call either.

Stayed on hold for over 20 minutes. Decided to drive there to place order. Cash or check only so I had to go back to an ATM. When I got back, they did not place order because it was not paid for. Ask girl at counter what did they do for call in orders. Answer was only rice for call in gets cooked until order is paid for. Unfortunately still had to wait 30 minutes. At least food was good after customer service sucked.

I love their food. It just sucks that they don't accept debit cards. You have to have cash or a check.

Very good food but the wait is worse than sitting in Tuomey ER. It's absolutely ridiculous. Then the peoe at the counter and the ones on the phone are extremely rude. If you want good food you don't mind waiting an eternity for than this is your place. It's probably be quicker to kill the bird and cool it yourself tho. I've waited over an hour or three different occasions.

Typically a nice place to order food. Customer Service can be a then off at times. I was on hold for 23 minutes and when they finally pick up the other line she says we are no longer taking orders. Talking continuously whole phone is down. Took back chicken wings that tasted old and smelled bad. No apologies. Not a good night for them!

They have THE best fried rice in Sumter. Really clean and friendly
