My grandmother and I used to frequent this joint; the hotdogs are always a hit, though the lack of seating and cash-only policy can be a bummer, but the food and service never disappoint, especially the hot fudge sundaes and buy one get one free hot fudge cakes are a must-try!

It used to be a great place to eat . All I can say right now is Never Again … The tots were old and cold , the burgers aren’t the same . Not good and prices are higher ! And with my combo they said the drink machine was messed up so they give you water no discount . And the wait was long it wouldn’t have been bad but I had a call in it was supposed to be ready . Rude workers

My first time ordering here. It was very nice and pleasant experience. The food we ordered was like homemade southern cooking. We absolutely loved it. There is no place I've visited yet with this type of cooking
Their hamburgers are huge! The fries are amazing. Their big crinkle cuts! Not greasy. None of their food is greasy. You will not be disappointed. Don't pass up an opportunity to order in here. I will be eating here from now on. No more fast food places will do for us now, these hotdogs, fries & burgers have spoiled us. OH.. and milkshakes! Mayfield! Try them!

I normally love this place. Just got food there tonight and the service was so rude. I think the staff wasn’t getting along by the way they treated each other and their attitude spilled over to the customers. I should have known when the lady who came out a head of us was rolling her eyes to her family as she was exiting the building. My order was wrong. Instead of getting my burger an order of fries was substituted. We called and asked if we could come back to get it even though we live in surgoinsville. After being put on hold and with attitude was told we could. My husband went back to get it. They never apologized. Acted like it was our fault. Just so rude. I work in the dental field and often wonder how people would feel if I treated them the same way they do me when they need work done. I think they would have a little attitude adjustment🦷💉

But there too high.. and missed an order of f f .. ( a 25 cent fix) but they couldnt.... that's. What a combo. Means... rite???? Naa. Like I said. The credit goes to the cook. .. pisses me. Off. Food is good. They have good fries and milk shacks. The prices are too high. I wish it was a little more affordable. Too high for family to eat. Considering go ing to some restaurants. You do get enough to go you up.

I live in RICHLANDS VA and travel to see my boyfriend in Mount Carmel. When I do I make sure to visit Dairy Cup. I love their food and love the ladies. They have the best salads and the very best ice ever!!! Keep the French fries hot and well seasoned too!! Love you all girls!!

Food is very good. Huge selection of eats and treats, but prices are a bit on the high side. I just stopped for a cheeseburger, fries and two small shakes and I had only slivers left of a $20 bill.

I've personally seen a girl I went to school with at voulenteer, who worked here, spit into Kim Dishiners and Amy Gillenwaters food. On two seperat occasions. Hahaha

The Dairy Cup Burger is very good and at a good price and the Iced Tea is probably the best in town
