Horrible customer service!! Shortly after our food arrive to the table the power went out due to a storm. We tried to eat in the dark as quickly as we could before the kitchen started smoking and the fire alarm began going off. We were rushed to pay before the backup generator went out. Due to out dining experience we asked for some of our meal to be compensated (told no) but didn't press because the fire department was quickly approachin.
After the dust had settled I called to speak with management Kathy who stated she couldn't provide contact information of upper managemen but would call the owner. I requested a call back but had to call back myself. She and the owner double down that none of our meal should have be discounted because it's is storm season (July) and beyond their control. Kathy was rude, talked over me instead of listening, and even put the phone done while I was talking.
We were a party of 12 celebrating my daughters birthday. We have a JPeters back home and am highly disappointed with this experience.
We will not be returning and recommend other not to come.

My niece wanted to eat there for her 8th birthday. Hostess took extra care of a party of 8 our waitress was right on time. We all enjoyed the great food.
Awesome time! Highly recommended
