As a student at Coastal, this restaurant has become a favorite for family outings. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff and a diverse menu that guarantees delicious meals every time.

Mixed review. The food was excellent. Unfortunately the rest of the experience was dreadful. We apparently had a new bar tender "David" being assisted by "Chris". Our bartender did not properly enter our order and when the bill arrived we were overcharged for items that were either on special or not ordered. We asked for the corrected bill and David asked his mentor Chris to assist. This is when the most ignorant treatment began. Chris made blatant rude attempts to make me be wrong for asking for a corrected bill. Upon finally getting the bill corrected (3 attempts) Chris chose to automatically add a 20% tip without my permission. In comes Larry the owner who apparently has also trained Chris in rudeness and ignorance. Larry made it quite clear he doesn't need or want customers that question bills and could care less about customer service or reviews. You have been warned.

This is a very highly hyped restaurant, Food is mediocre and very expensive, worst of the worst is the staff and the managers, if you criticized them they will threaten you, if you say the facts about their customer service they won't listen and improvise on it, rather they will come after you. In any business customers is always right is a philosophy which they do not believe at all. Why would I even spent a dime on this restaurant where their customer service is awful and bad.

My daughter recommended this restaurant so we tried it one night and it was delicious. It was so good we went back for a second night and are headed back tonight for a third trip on our final night in Myrtle Beach. The meal and the desserts are great.
