Wes, Ramos, Kayla, and Alexa provided exceptional service with their friendly demeanor and expertise behind the bar. I live in Charlotte , North Carolina. I visit the flip flops bar and grill every year when I come to the beach on vacation. The staff and the cooks are awesome. They welcome me with open arms and I feel the love when I visit the bar. When I come back to the beach next summer l be at the bar again. In 40 years of coming to Myrtle Beach this place has to be my worst experiance ever by far. Ordered food and drink finished drinks waitress never returned go to bar for drinks found waitress tending bar had to pay separate. Waited over an hour no food appears while other people who came in later got food ( people obviously on some favored list) . Waitress finally returns we complain she brings half our order along with b.s. EXCUSES. Much later rest of order comes both times food was set on top of a garbage can that was being used then served. Then to top it all off get the check and there is an 18% gratuity added . Told waitress to take if off ( she would have still gotten a tip) she proceeded to argue with me so I told here I tipped her at the bar when I had to go get my own drinks and she smartly said "whatever" . I will never return and would not send my worst enemy to this crap hole! Go to Harry the Hats or Finn McCools or Whiskey Beach if in this area but avoid Flip Flops at all costs! Also asked to see manager waitress said I am the manager tonight. NICE!
