Ordered potato soup and when received it it was luke warm at best. 50 minutes after placing entree orders we were told there was "a problem with the system" and our order was "lost" and we would need to order it again and they would put a rush on it. And yes it was rushed because when we received a steak that was supposed to be cooked medium it was still bleeding and dripping on the plate. We sent it back to be cooked more and asked that it be boxed to go since it was already past 9pm. When getting back to our hotel room the steak was found to be very overcooked. I went back the next day to ask for a refund. They did refund the steak but the whole order should have been refunded based on poor service alone. Debbie L. was our server and never apologized once for the "system mishap" and stayed away from our table as much as possible. Not even to bring a bottle of ketchup when asked. The food runner was also rude as if it were our fault for the supposed system mishap. Very poor service. I recommend staying away.

Not as good as they used to be. Higher prices, smaller portions. Reduced menu choices.

2 hour wait even with reservations. Server informed us that they had prime rib as the special, when she finally came to take our order 20 minutes after our drinks came out she informed us that they probably no longer had prime rib when we tried to order it. The manager was super rude, told us that we were making his job extremely difficult when we asked why they told us they had prime rib if they didn't. The manager stepped to my boyfriend in a threatening way when we asked why they were struggling so badly. We've been eating here for 10 years and definitely won't be after this. Spend your money elsewhere!
