Good food and good service

This place is terrible!!! Just got my credit card statement $13.44 for one medium (approximately12 oz) strawberry milkshake. I dropped by after noticing its familiar sign. I remember years ago a Fosters Freeze strawberry milkshake as very thick to the point of barely able to suck it through the straw and then large chunks of strawberry's plugging the straw. This was watery, stale with a few slivers of strawberry. Pricing was not clear, I added a tip and with tax, I do not see how it could total $13.44! Service was very slow, with only one lady and a child in the restaurant sitting and waiting before me, I waited about about 10 minutes standing at the counter until I was
able to place an order. Terrible on all counts☹ï¸!!!!
