We love lucky panda, the owner and so nice and the food is excellent!

I would say Lucky Panda is the best Chinese take-out in the area for its price range. Obviously not a Lilac Blossom but the food here is very good for the price. Portions are generous and the meat dishes actually have some meat to it and not just fried batter. It is in a rather obscure plaza right across from Frederick's Pastries, so somewhat hard to find for people not accustomed to the area. I'll keep going as long as they maintain the quality of food there.
