The steak and cheese sandwich I had was absolutely massive, and the flavors were deliciously satisfying. The service was quick, and the gentleman who served us was amiable and seemed like he might be the owner, sharing that they've been in business since 1982. It was a nostalgic experience for me, as I had not visited since their days on Main St in Nashua, and the food was just as excellent as I remembered.

I know food prices have gone up. The problem arises when shops get greedy.
This shop has gotten way out of line as far as their prices go.
I would like to enjoy my food without thinking I got screwed.

I have never, ever been disappointed with Cahill's... ...always good, fresh and loaded....the Bread makes it too...so many use cheap Rolls nowadays...charge extra but please, don't change.... have been eating there since my wife and I started dating in 2000. ...still the best Subs I have had since Atomic Sub in Portsmouth, NH way' back when. Thanks Cahill's!!! ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘💜

Cahill sub use to be more on the ball. We always called about 10 mins before opening and put our order in. I called to put order in and who ever answered the phone said to call back at 10 AM What is so hard to take a pen and paper and write the order so they open at 10 is fine . This maybe our last time there. Seems like it has changed .

I have been ordering your tuna wraps for over ten years but in the last month or so the have hard;y any filling in them and the three I ordered last night for myself and friends were a good 3 to 3 1/2 inches empty at each end of the bread and not much in the middle. I know prices are going up in everything but I would rather pay more and get a better tuna wrap. Very disappointed! They use to be the best

I live in NC and my son and I found this place a couple of years ago. We were looking for a really good New England style sub. (My son still lives in Ma.)
Well let me tell you something. If you can't be satisfied with the subs or the service at this place you need to stay home because you can't be satisfied anywhere. I've only been there twice because of where I live.
The service is lighting fast and the bread is just Athens way I like it. Can't find that bread back home. If this is your first visit to Bill's don't get nervous about the number of customers they have when you get there. You will be amazed to how quickly you are waited on and how fast you get your order.
See you guy next year.

Just moved to Hudson a few months ago and Cahill's was recommended by quite a few people. Stopped in last night and the recommendations were correct. Italian Sub was fantastic. Will definitely return to try others. Counter help was friendly and offered sub and salad menus to take home.

We've been going to Bill's for over 30 years. Although we live in Arizona now, every time we get "home", Bill's is a must. THE BEST SUBS ever, anywhere. Yes, they pile it on. Just perfect! My favorites are roast beef with tomatoes, onions, pickles and mayo and steak with onions - no cheese, just onions. MMMMMMM. See you in August, Bill!

I've been here twice. The first time I ordered a ham and cheese with pickles. Yes, they do load their subs...mine was loaded with pickles. A RIDICULOUS amount. Second time I ordered a roast beef, this time loaded with tomatoes. It tasted Ok. Both times I went were because of the awesome reviews this place got. Maybe it's just their steak and cheeses that are good? They don't seem to have common sense about what to actually load on a sandwich, they just load for the sake of making it look loaded. Both times I was very disappointed. Also, they don't take credit/debit under $10.

I JUST FINISHED A CHICKEN CUTLET SUB AND IT WAS THE BEST I EVER HAD . THE CUTLET IS AN ACTUAL THICK SLICE OF REAL CHICKEN BREAST IT WAS JUICY, TENDER AND VERY FRESH. THE SAUCE TASTED LIKE IT IS FROM SCRATCH I WILL BE BACK AGAIN FOR SURE.

This is truly the best sub shop I have ever seen. Everything is very good there. It is a place where you have to try different subs. They are very consistent with the quality, and the way the subs are made. What a local treasure, for sure. The steak bombs and Italian bombs are incredible. The special Friday sub, of crab meat, is delicious. You can't go wrong at Cahill's

I've been buying my sandwiches at Cahills for over a year now and there's no comparison with any other shop. They are by far the best sandwiches in So. NH and are very reasonably priced.
My only negative is that the last two Syrian bread sandwiches I got FELL APART because the bread has gotten thinner. I lost almost all the contents(Sea Food) the first time and today I had to eat the Tuna with a knife and fork.
The contents are delicious but just don't count on the bread supporting them!

There is no better steak sub on the planet. I've been to 49 states, traveled so many places, and yet the quest to find another Cahills steak sub has been for naught. If I'm within 100 miles, I am having a Cahill sub!!!

I've been going to Bill's for over 30 years. The consistency is still there - the best ever. I live in Arizona now, but always go to Bill's at least once when I'm in New Hampshire. You just can't beat them. My favorites are Onion Steak (no cheese, nothing else, just onions and steak) or the Roast Beef with tomatoes, pickles, onions, mayo, S&P. The Roast Beef is piled high, super tender with no fat or gristle. It's what Subway wishes it could be. Mmmmmmmm.

This place makes the BEST Steak Subs anywhere. They also make a unique sub called the Pufta "eggs,bacon.ham,cheese" I add grilled onions,and it is outstanding. There are a few
cons-- Not open on sunday. It used to be a tradition of getting Cahills on sunday afternoon. They close early, not open in the evenings on Friday. Also if you try to call in your order in for lunch they will just not answer the phone for a couple of hours. They seem to have grown very independent over the years. They have a great business going and it seems they have taken the attitude that it is thier way or no sub for you. Which is what you can do when you serve the best Steak Bomb in the Ubited States.

Great Subs! The steak subs are incredibly good! I will have a large for lunch and I am good the rest of the day! It is a sub shop not a black tie restaurant which is why the atmosphere is low. Skip the frills, wine and candles and keep piling on the steak!!!!

Bill's subs are legendary in this area. Whenever "out of town" construction workers are in the area, they can't wait to get a sub at Bill's and make the special trip to get one! Everything he serves is very fresh, very tasty, and piled high - He's been doing this for a long time and does it right! I recommend the Pufta, grilled chicken, meatball, huge seafood sub, or the Italian bomb (grilled)- you won't regret it!
PS (It's really a take out place with a few seats along the order area windows-hence the 6 score)

Been getting subs here since I was 16. Never been one of those places that measures things out. They just pile it on. The staff has always been fast efficient and friendly. My favorite place for subs for 21 yrs and counting.

Bill Cahills is a Hudson experience. It's not open Sunday, but otherwise is there when you need it. Call early on Fridays to get the Lobster sub. Great food, Good prices.
