I have tried this place 3 times recently. first time it took an hour for the guy to show up with a roast beef sub, food was good, 2nd time they forgot my dipping sauce for my chix fingers, 3rd time I called they were out of roast beef. 3 strikes your out!! food was decent but too many screw ups!

Since the old owners came back this year, I have seen an improvement. The subs and salads are very fresh and generous. We eat here weekly and are always happy with the food. Their restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient.
I have had their Broaster chicken four different times and have never gotten sick. I am very sorry this happened to another reviewer, but it is always important to communicate this to the restaurant so that they know and can prevent or retrain.
To those who think they are rude, I would say that they are brisk and efficient, and if you become a regular, they recognize and appreciate your patronage. They are very busy and take the time to take your order correctly and send it into the kitchen asap. That's really all that matters in a sub shop for me. This is not a restaurant so don't expect the people to have lots of time to talk.

I received food poisoning from the broasted chicken. Also it was so salty. I have been very sick since Monday night and it's the day before thanksgiving and I had to cancel my dinner with my family as Iam still very sick. I will never go back

I just ordered a few minutes ago (by phone) and the lady who took my order was very, very RUDE! While taking my order, this lady was not very helpful. She is only interested in taking my order really quick and hang up. After taking my order and credit card number.... I asked for her name, in case, I want to follow-up on my order. she rudely said "my name? Why?". So I told her why and she answered again in a very rude manner-"just call hudson house of pizza and ask your question!" Very Rude person!!!
I have yet to know if the food taste good! I will definitely write another rating about it...but will not order from this store again!!!

The food is absolutely fantastic! It's a clean, nice little family restaurant. Everyone is nice and welcoming, I recommend you eat here.

One of the best places Hudson has to offer (for pizza).. Very clean, unlike other places that are small and worn down.

The food here is awesome and the customer service it fantastic. We get delivery mostly but occasionally pick up. Never a problem and we've been customers for over 10 years!
